Scheduling Your Field Trip to HBF
You should call the farm as far in advance as possible to secure a date. Scheduling for the 2008 – 2009 school year begins August 18, 2008 at 9:00a.m.
When you call the farm you must have the following information handy:
- Number of Students
- Number of Chaperones
- Dates you are interested in
- Programs you are interested in
- Any Special needs for your group
- Email address
- Contact Person
- Contact phone numbers
