Scheduling Your Field Trip to HBF
You should call the farm as far in advance as possible to secure a date. Scheduling for the 2010 - 2011 school year begins August 16, 2010 at 9:00a.m. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is due within two weeks of the date of making the reservation.
When you call the farm you must have the following information handy:
- Number of Students
- Number of Chaperones
- Dates you are interested in
- Programs you are interested in (Overnight Field Trip, Single Day Field Trip)
- Any Special needs for your group
- Email address
- Contact Person
- Contact phone numbers
