Registration Instructions
- Be sure to have handy the contact information (address and at least one phone or email address) for each site/person you will be registering.
- The form will guide you through this process: For each Site Leader/Coordinator/Media Contact who AFF may need to contact with important supply and event information, do the following:
- Either search for the person’s contact information from past years in our database or add new contact information.
- Click on Activate to register the person for this year’s Cleanup.
- Then search for the site’s information from past years in our database or add new site information.
Fill out Site Information for each Cleanup site that will be separately reporting results.

- Click on Activate to register the site for this year’s Cleanup.
- Add the details that pertain specifically to this year’s Cleanup at that site.
- View a summary of sites for the person. At this point, you may choose to register another site, or when you’re done entering sites for that person, you may register another person.
- When completing your forms, please consider the following:
- Phone numbers and emails provided on the Contact Form will be used only by the Alice Ferguson Foundation to contact you about the Cleanup.
If, on the Site Annual Details registration form, you indicate that volunteers may contact you, please put your preferred phone number or email address for volunteers in the box below those checkboxes. That email or phone number will be posted on our website.
- Make sure you check the boxes corresponding to the suitability of your site to children, elderly or disabled volunteers.
- Please fill out the city, state and county for your cleanup site. This makes it easier for volunteers to choose a site and for us to mark your site on the map.
