Trash Free Schools Guidelines, resources and tools to help schools reduce waste
The Trash Free Schools project was developed by the Alice Ferguson Foundation to address the gap between environmental education and trash and litter problem in the Potomac River watershed. This Guidebook will aid schools in reducing, reusing, recycling, as well providing education on these topics. The information and resources that can be found in this guide are geared towards schools within the Potomac River watershed. However, if you are not located within this watershed, we encourage you to use this guide as much of the information provided is universal.
